Riverview Commons is a mobile home park community in Richmond, VT. This site exists to keep residents informed, connected, and equipped to speak up when it matters.
Most mobile home park residents are both owners and renters: they own their homes but rent the land underneath. The Board is in regular contact with CVOEO in order to protect and improve housing rights and living conditions.
Speaking up as a community is the best way to see change in Riverview Commons. This site is a resource for information about your rights, and a place to stay informed about lease violations and safety issues.
